What is Frostbite Sixes?
Frostbite Sixes is a modern, dynamic version of the game designed to maximize intensity and engagement on the field. Here’s how it works:
- • 5 field players and 1 goalie play at a time with continuous on the fly substitution.
- • No offsides.
- • 2 x 12 min halves (2-minute halftime)
Recommended Roster size is 10 or 11 field players and 1 or 2 goalies per team.
Tentative Times:
Girls will play Saturday Jan. 18th
- • Middle School Teams (7am-1:30pm).
- • High School Teams (2pm-8:30pm).
Boys will play Sunday Jan. 19th
- • Middle School Teams (7am-1:30pm).
- • High School Teams (2pm-8:30pm).

$85 Individual*
(*placed on an independent team).
(Each team is guaranteed
3 games.)
